Foundry sand adhesive serial bentonite is standard by JB/T9227-1999 which is sued by National Machine Industry Department.
It is applied to settle the problem of high pressure model production line,sand mold collapse,it has good plasticity and cohesion,and it will surround the mould and shaping.
It can keep its shape after through off the mold.It is easy to pour hot metal liquid.It can typecast wet or dry shape sand and improve the cast quality.
